No One Hacked the Election

NPR is supported by taxpayer dollars, yet spews falsehoods on a regular basis.  Take for example today’s NPR announcement that Barack Obama is sanctioning Russia for “Election Hacking”.

Here is today’s NPR Tweet: “President Obama orders sanctions against Russian intelligence services officials in response to election hacking.”

Not to be outdone, the New York Times’ headline is “Obama Strikes Back at Russia for Election Hacking”.

Newsflash: there was no election hacking.  The DNC’s email was hacked, revealing how its members helped Hillary and undermined Bernie Sanders, effectively rigging the primary.  John Podesta’s email was hacked, which ended up showing America how Hillary and her campaign team plotted and planned, and sometimes even backstabbed each other.

Contrary to NYT & NPR’s wildly inaccurate headlines, no election was hacked.  No votes were changed, no voting machines altered, which would be required for a “hacked election.” Russia accessed some Democrat party official emails, and according the Wikileaks, they didn’t even share them.

As for Wikileaks, wherever they got the emails from, that organization simply exposed the truth, informing the public of the duplicity and unethical behavior of liberals.

This wasn’t the first time NPR conflated hacking emails with “election hacking”.  They lied about it an article earlier this month.

The FBI confirmed that only emails were accessed,  and Secretary Johnson of DHS clearly stated “We see no evidence that hacking by any actor altered the ballot count, or any cyber actions that deprived people of voting,” but facts like that apparently confuse NPR and the New York Times.

Sadly, as a result of these wildly inaccurate media stories, over 52% of Democrats recently polled falsely believe that Russia actually hacked polling machines!

**Update 01/17/2017**

No wonder so many Democrats are under the false impression that Russia changed votes by hacking the election!

From December 8 to January 8, MRC analysts found that journalists on ABC, CBS and NBC repeated this loaded phrase at least 49 times in their morning and evening broadcasts. After blaming the electoral college for Clinton’s loss didn’t work, the media moved on to blur the release of Democratic e-mails with the idea that Russia “hacked the election.”
